To meet these specific spatial and operational needs, we supplied and installed the latest Atlas Copco G7VSDFF. We selected this specific model because it engineers advanced, large-scale technology into a remarkably compact package.

Variable Speed Drive (VSD)

At the core of the system is the VSD technology. The compressor automatically adjusts its motor speed to match the client’s exact air demand at any given moment. This intelligent operation eliminates idling and significantly cuts down on energy waste compared to standard fixed-speed machines.

Full Feature (FF) Integration

The “FF” designation means the unit comes complete with an inbuilt refrigerant dryer. This guarantees that the compressed air entering the network is free from moisture, protecting downstream tools and pneumatic equipment from rust and premature wear.

Receiver-Mounted Design

By engineering the compressor and the dryer directly onto the air receiver tank, the system acts as a complete, plug-and-play workstation. This drastically reduced the installation’s overall footprint, freeing up valuable floor space for the client.
