How we get you back up and running

Our aim is to get your compressed air system back up and running ASAP to ensure that you don’t lose any valuable production time. We do this by firstly trying to diagnose your issue over the phone, potentially allowing us to assist your own staff repair the unit remotely. This service is free of charge. If we can’t resolve the problem remotely, we will prepare any spares we have in stock that we believe may be required for the repair, and aim to get an engineer on site within 4 hours of your call. If our engineer can’t fix your compressor or dryer on first visit, we will offer to get a replacement hire unit on site within 24 hours to get your compressor back in operation.

The above procedure ensures that your compressed air system continues to run and keeps your cost of lost production to a minimum.
